Manno Siméus- Founder- was born in Saint-Marc, Haiti; a coastal town north of the country. He moved to the U.S after high school and lived in New Jersey and California, where he lived for nearly 20 years until relocated to Tucson, AZ in 1994. Siméus worked as a Sr. Manager with Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, AZ and has 30 years of experience in engineering, management, operations and project management. Before joining Raytheon, Siméus worked for Western Digital Corp., and Beckman Instruments, Inc. in Southern California. He has served on several professional boards. Siméus has authored more than 24 publications. He was awarded the “NASA/JPL Continuous Improvement Award” in 2000 for his outstanding leadership in technology development and collaboration. He co-founded Ice-Loc., Inc. in 1998 and Haiti Rebuild, Inc. in 2010. Siméus retired from Raytheon in 2015 and recently joined IPC Technical Services, LLC, based in Tucson, AZ. Siméus holds a B.S. from the University of California, Riverside and an MBA from University of Redlands in Redlands, California. Siméus’ main goal is to continue with the passions that make a positive difference in someone’s life.
Iddy Pierre-Canel Siméus-Public Relations was born in Port -au-Prince and grew up in Arcahaie, Haiti. Arcahaie is a municipality in the West Department of Haiti. She moved to the United States during her junior year in high school and lived in Maryland for over 30 years before relocating to Tucson, Arizona in 2013. Iddy is the founder and CEO of IPC Technical Services Inc., an information technology consultant company. She has over 20 years of professional and leadership experience in the areas of human resources, and business development (federal and commercial). Iddy has served on the board of several charitable organizations, including National Association for the Advancement of Haitians (NOAH) and successfully spearheaded several medical missions to Haiti, Dominican Republic, and El Salvador. Iddy has received commendations from various non-profit organizations. She has a B.A from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Gabriel Lissade: Vice-President- was born in Nyack, New York of Haitian parents. Gabriel was only a few months old when he was sent to live with his grandparents in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. A school age Gabriel began his education in Quebec, Canada before returning to the United States to live with his parents in Long Island, New York. Gabriel graduated from Uniondale High School and joined the US Navy afterwards. In the Navy, Gabriel served 12 years as a Fire Control Technician on board the USS Reid (FFG-30) and the Reuben James (FFG-57) where he was responsible for the maintenance and operation of the ship's weapons system. Upon discharge from the Navy, Gabriel worked for Intel Corporation in Aloha, Oregon, United Technologies' Otis Elevator division in Seattle, Washington, and Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, Arizona. Gabriel now lives in Tucson with his wife Martha. He is currently employed by VAWD Engineeringas the Lead Integration and Test Engineer. Gabriel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Regents College, Albany, New York.
Dr.Joshua Jean MD– Webmaster- was born in Silver Spring, Maryland of Haitian parents. He spent his childhood in Silver Spring, MD . While in college after the 2010 earthquake he visited Haiti for the first time as part of a medical mission. He subsequently went to Howard University College of Medicine and completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Arizona . Joshua has since been back to Haiti for multiple medical missions and travels as a backpacker when he has time. Joshua now lives in Tucson and practices in Cochise County Arizona.
